About the Company
Dynamic Code wants to help people take control of their own health. To achieve this, they develop meaningful health and diagnostics tests based on DNA technology. The tests are offered through a digital communications and logistics platform, a platform that revolutionizes medical sampling and diagnostic testing. Tests that previously required samples to be collected at a clinic and by healthcare professionals, and sometimes took months or even years to fully process, can now be performed by the patient, and results and treatments are received in just a few days. All without compromising quality – tests from Dynamic Code meet all medical and regulatory requirements.
Dynamic Code is based in Linköping, Sweden, but for this role it is also possible to work from Stockholm.
You will join our enthusiastic team of 40 people at our office and laboratory in the exciting business park, Ebbepark.
About the Service
As E-commerce Manager you will be an important part of Dynamic Code’s international ambitions. With a new offensive strategy for internationalization, you will be operationally responsible for sales in e-commerce in existing and future markets. You will focus on optimizing conversion, traffic sources and campaign activities, and ensure a user-friendly and improved customer experience through behavioural analysis and an understanding of the target group. You will be expected to achieve high goals, and to help you do this you will have a team working for you. Today, the team consists of a Campaign Manager, Paid Media Specialist and multiple communications specialists. You will also be ensuring successful collaboration with other stakeholders within the company.
In other regards, the following is also included in the role:
· Optimize and develop the customer journey with an international focus
· Create Go-to-Market plans and execute them at a high pace in future markets
· Maximize traffic management and conversion by e.g. SEO, SEM and SM
· Analyse data such as AoV, CR, site performance, CPO, CPC, COS
· Analysis data through digital tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics
· Create budget reports and all KPI:s linked to digital sales
To be successful in the role, we would like for you to have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in e-commerce. You should have been in a similar role or in close proximity to one, especially within an organization that has undergone a journey of change with focus on internationalization. You should have previous experience of creating Go-to-Market plans for new markets within your area of responsibility. Finally, you should enjoy finding new ways to drive conversion, base your decisions on data, and strive to constantly improve agreed KPI:s.

A technical understanding of for example e-commerce platforms, etc. is required.

· Operational experience of an international digital journey
· A holistic perspective without losing sight of details
· Previous experience of team leadership
· Very good experience of own and paid channels, tracking tools, CRO
· Customer and loyalty strategies
· Expired certificates: Google, FB, various tools, etc.
